Who these terms are between

designandcode.tech is operated by Desicode Infosolutions LLP (LLPIN AAP-2577), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, under its studio brand D&C Studios. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Desicode Infosolutions LLP, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses the website.

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

What this website is for

The website explains who we are, what we do, how we work and what we have built for clients. It also publishes articles in Perspectives and lets you send us a project brief.

It is general information, not an offer, a proposal or professional advice. A project begins only when both sides sign a written agreement that sets out the scope, price, timelines and responsibilities.

Prices, estimates and results

Some pages, such as how we partner, show starting prices and typical timelines. They are honest guides to help you plan, not quotes. The price of a real project depends on its scope and is confirmed only in a written proposal. Prices shown in more than one currency are rounded and may move with exchange rates and taxes.

Case studies describe what happened on a particular project, for a particular client, at a particular time. The numbers in them are real to that context. They are not a promise that your project will produce the same result.

Articles and cost guides reflect our experience and our view at the time of writing. Markets, platforms and prices change, so please check anything important with us or an adviser before you act on it.

Sending us a project brief

When you send a brief through the conversations page, our server saves it and emails it to the studio. You will see a reference number and receive an automatic confirmation by email. How we handle your details is set out in the privacy policy.

Sending a brief does not create a client relationship, a contract or a duty of confidentiality, and it does not commit either of us to working together. Please keep confidential material out of a first brief. If you need to share it, ask us and we will gladly sign a non-disclosure agreement first.

Please do not use the form to send spam, advertising, automated submissions or anything unlawful, harmful or abusive. The form limits repeated submissions, and we may discard any that look automated.

Using the website fairly

You are welcome to read, share links to and quote short passages from our pages with credit. You must not:

• copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the website without our written permission;
• scrape or harvest the website at scale, including to train machine learning models, without our written permission;
• try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the website, the form or the servers behind them;
• upload or send anything containing viruses or other harmful code;
• present our work, words or brand as your own, or suggest that we endorse you when we do not.

Our intellectual property

Unless we say otherwise, the text, design, illustrations, 3D artwork, code and other original material on this website belong to Desicode Infosolutions LLP or are used under licence. So do the names D&C Studios and the Ampersand Method, and the D&C logo with its ampersand. Nothing in these terms gives you a licence to use them beyond ordinary browsing and sharing.

Client names and past work

Client names, logos, screenshots and product marks belong to their owners. We show them to describe work we have done, and showing them does not mean those organisations endorse us or this website. Some case studies are anonymised at the client’s request, in which case we describe the organisation by type rather than by name.

If you represent an organisation shown here and would like something changed or removed, write to connect@designandcode.tech and we will respond promptly.

Links to other services

The website links to services we do not run, such as WhatsApp, email providers and other websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Opening them is your choice, and their own terms apply.

Search, platforms and approvals

Some of our pages discuss search visibility, app store listings, WhatsApp Business and similar platforms. Those platforms set and change their own rules and make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee a ranking, an approval, a verification badge or continued access to any third-party platform.

Availability and accuracy

We work hard to keep the website accurate, fast and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. We may change, update or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, data or opportunity, arising from your use of this public website or from relying on its general content.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rules that protect you where you live, the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
